I am in need of a plugin developer that can make a plugin that can create a custom plugin that allows me to create a Hub server. Some of the features I would lie it to have is a command /server that will show a list of servers and can also redirect them to a server.

It could be but for a little minecraft mod / plugin dev its pretty much impossible.
No, it IS impossible.
Agreed. There was only one plugin in the past that allowed you to warp between servers and that required a rebuilt Bukkit Jar. I second the fact that it's impossible, and even if it is possible no ones gonna go through the work to figure it out for free.
