In need of Developers for a Server...May need custom plugins

dschumer10 here and I am looking to create a new server that is in need of an experience Developer. This server may need a custom plugin so this is a very much continuing working relationship once decided. I may need multiple developers in order to do the small stuff but if possible the least amount of people would be best.

Here is a little bit of the qualifications I'm looking for:
Age:16+ With 18+being main developer
Game Time: >2hr per day
Experience with MC: >1 year
Skype: Yes for Staff Group Chat
