A few people with myself included are reviving a previously shut down server. We did the plugins ourselves last time we had a server, but this time, we have big plans. Our main idea is to have a central hub that connects to survival, factions, games, and creative worlds. We need an experienced plugin manager that can help us make this possible. We would also like the same person to write permissions, when the time comes. This is a long term project, if you can complete what we are asking for, you will be given admin power on the server, and you will have access to the console.
