Need Op's for a Pixelmon server

I need 3 op's to help build and later maintain a pixelmon server. The region is a self created region. Those who assist will be given Op rights when the server opens and will also be given a gym. To apply remember to select your gym.X's mean someone has taken the gym.
Vulcas Gym- Fire type gym set up inside a volcano. X
Airus Gym- Flying type gym set up in the sky.
Ocea Gym- Water type gym set up underneath an ocean. X
Quake Gym- Rock and Earth type gym set inside a mountain.
Midnight Gym- Dark type Gym set up inside a cave with a pixel art moon set up on the inside. X
Primeba Gym- A bug type gym, on the inside it is a miniature forest with cobwebs aligning the gym.
Faceoskull Gym- Fighting Type gym, the arena is a boxing ring
Shorshadow Gym- Psychic type Gym, looks like a telekinesis battle has occured on the inside.

Grieving: Who does like grieving? Just a bad idea all the way around.
Banned: Nope, i have never been banned.
EXP: Have probably enough exp. to do what i need. If not I'm willing to learn.
And for the gym. I would take anyone that's left but the bug one. Cause personally not a big bug Pokemon fan.

i have only got exp from servers created by my friends but, i think a big part of this is to be creative witch i think i can be with the gym i am going to choose.
ofcourse you can trust me, but if you think you can't you can just ban me right?
griefing is ofcouse bad, if it is a server where you have the option to protect youself. but if you get griefed on a server like that i would still help you, but it is the persons fault for not protecting his stuff.
i have never been banned, as far as i remmember, i have kind of a bad memorie.

i have only got exp from servers created by my friends but, i think a big part of this is to be creative witch i think i can be with the gym i am going to choose.
ofcourse you can trust me, but if you think you can't you can just ban me right?
griefing is ofcouse bad, if it is a server where you have the option to protect youself. but if you get griefed on a server like that i would still help you, but it is the persons fault for not protecting his stuff.

what up im simpd i play minecraft for a year will get skype griefers are trolls im a troll we will get along but im the boss troll so no one gets pst me ill kick there ass in jail n ill build one and i have been banned coz im awesome at trolloing you should really put me in coz everyone loves an op that is like them and of course you can trust me i just want to tease everyone with all the stuff they cant have i also have hamatchi

Why should we pick you? i see a great deal of potential for this server. In short all that i really want to do is help ease that burden they carry and help this server become something even more spectacular. I'd like to be able to assist people when they need it. Mods/admins don't seem to be available as often as people need help. When they do make an appearance, they get multiple requests for assistance at one time which leads to frustration. Obviously, more staff would allow more people to be helped at once. We also get the occasional jerk who needs muted when there's no one to do it. I will help newcomers who get bored or confused easily by showing them different things they can do and different warps/places they can visit.

The people who I hire right now are builders, If I hire you and put a G next to your name you aren't a server builder until Hamachi is removed

for pixelmon you will have to download the mod, however I can send you that mod if I choose to give you that position... The only thing you will need right now is a legit minecraft and a Hamachi client which is something you download
