I Need A Free Developer For Developer For Server!

Hi there I am looking for a developer so they can code me some pluigns for free. I know you might be thinking that I am ridiculous, but when the server release's you will become a developer rank for the server to show that you coded most of the plugins we have.
The only way I can have a developer is if you know what McTeams/McPvP It is a hardcore, No Kits, No Tpa.
The plugins that I want is listed below
- Teams (Similar to Factions but better in my opinion)
- Go (This is known as a PrivateWarps plugin allows to set warps to different places!)
- Tracking - (A Plugin that allows players to track each other to raid bases etc)
