Need good and simple plugins

Hello I just became Head admin on a new server and need plugins to protect and regulate it. I was chosen for my freedom to play often and willing ability to help anytime so I would like to start with these. If you know like anti-cheat/grief/hack, along with a good spawn plugin and teleport ones please post. Please if you could also provide links to them I would appreciate it.
