I need a good builder!

Hello there! I would like to aquire some assistance with my server that I have... I am lacking members and I need a good spawn. That's where you could come into play. See I have a vision... A vision that may or may not happen and that vision is that every player that joins will like my server and appreciate everything that they do for the minecraft community.
