NEED GROUPMANAGER HELP!

Hello, I have created a server recently and need an expert to help me make a groups.yml file for group manager. I really need this bad for the server to run. I need permissions that sound right for the ranks and would like the ranks like this. If possible plzz. I am willing to pay $3, because that's all I have. :/. Lol, I really need this, so do all my friends on the server. We are just waiting for it.
