I NEED HELP!

Thank you for reading this topic, i need help with my fresh made BUKKIT server.
Ig ot my iPv4 Adress, i got the Start.bat Correctly, just one plugin.

Now, when i enter my IP adress in the game it gets stuck at login, and after that:Java.net.sockettimeout.exception: Read timed oud.

Please help me!
