Can someone let me use their internet port thing for a server i will make the whole server its just with my internet i cant use my internet port thing. If someone will let me use their internet port thing i will do whatever they want if im owner since i would make the whole server. All you would need to do is let me use the internet port.

In order for that to even happen, you would have to host it at the persons house. If you want to port forward, look for the model router you have, and then search up port forwarding on that model.
Dude just letting you know, none will EVER let you use their internet port
