Need help

Hello guys i have made a server gotten all the plungins and pepole cant connect. I have done portfoawrding, set my ip[ to static and even connected to the server like any other but pepole cant connect. Is there any codeing issues possible or something im just missing interly please post here with any answers or insight you have on the issue at hand thanks.
