Need help creating my server

I have just got a server its on craftbukkit 1.8, I need players who want to come on and help build and setup the server. its a new world with nothing in it so id like it to be setup like you see other servers, with a spawn, portals, a shop, ect.... first 5 pple to accept will get op'd on the server.
