Ideas: I have built on 6 or 7 friends public servers before and I am a pretty good Designer.
Experience: I have had experience on most of my friends public servers as admin and they were popular servers.
Comments: If I do not get the admin job, I want you to know that I make websites and design them. This is one I made for my uncle's company: http://www.esjec.com. hmm thats good if your good with programming however if your not then you can always use thoose to get a simple website up.->then you can make the better one later on but any easy use host site is good to have a base just to get the server up and running. from which you can move it to phpbb and xenforo

do not use webs it is so bad. go 000webhost and .co.cc

Currently my host limited me to 20 after a few donations and what not we will move to 60

Or if you are really stuck you can either use one of two sites for your site. If you felt it be easier to make your own site there are services that allow you to do that easy for free.

hmm... I guess so... but If you get really stuck you could always ask exotic as a back up plan? It's always good to have a mixed department so you've got diffrent skills coming togather
