Need Help Making Server (Youtube Server)

My friend and I have been wanting a private server to play on, but it costs too much to buy a server. If anyone can host a server for us we will be happy to play with you on it. We want something private and no plugins. Just like plain singleplayer but with multiplayer. It will only be us three. We also do comedy web shows. We are hoping to make videos on this server too.
