Okay, so I wanted to make to a Server without "Hamachi" or "Portfoward" it's all frustrating, are there any free server rents? That only 30-40 people can join? If so please paste a link. If not please help me or send a Youtube Link.. Thank you

any company offering FREE server hosting you shouldn't bother with -.-
If you want to make a server there are only two options.
1) host a server on your and port-forward using upnp portmapper
which is basicly a 1-click way to port forward.
or.. like most respectable servers.
2) You rent a server from a good company like Cubedhosting or Exodushosting.
You won't be able to have your server hosted for free and be usable.
so quit being cheap (I pay 20$ a month for hosting for 16 people)

Way overpriced. I bet you're using BeastNode? Try different hosters. $20 for 16 people is a bit silly.
