Need OPS and Helpers for server

Hi everyone im setting up a server and looking for people to help test plugins, perms, build spawn and build mobarena. You will be op if you help

Also i dont want a bunch of little kids offering to help just so they can get op so if you offer to help and do a shit job(not knowing how to do anything) i will temp ban you untill the server is officially up.
