Need Help Setting Up Server Prison!

I'm looking for people that know how to use world edit, world guard and the prison 2 plugin to help me set up mines, pvp areas etc.

Worldedit: 10/10
I've owned multiple servers of which I have built my own spawn on each, so I'm all too familiar with this plugin.
Worldguard: 9/10
This plugin goes hand in hand with worldedit so I'm almost equally as familiar with this plugin as with worldedit.
Prison 2: 9/10
I'm also fairly familiar with this plugin due to the fact that one of the servers I used to own was in fact a prison server. With this plugin I know how to create the mines, and how to setup the ranks.
