Need help setting up your sever

Do You need help setting up you minecraft server. well look no further i have setup multiple severs of my own and know how to run alot of plugins. if not i have no problem finding out how to use that plugin.

Need help with permission i have the ability to set up all of the following:
-GroupManager
-PremissionsEX
-Bukkitpremmissions
Not what your running fell free to give me your plugin name and i will find out how to configure it

What do i require:
1)access to commands on your server
2)the ability to talk to you via skype
