Need Help Starting a Server!

I am a Minecraft lover, and i would like to start my own server. I know that it seems nobody wants to help without a reward, so... Whoever helps me (run the server, with their computer) gets an automatic owner rank (if you have a good computer its basically an automatic owner)), and whoever helps me with plugins will also be rewarded on either owner or co-owner (depends on how you do). Once the server has gotten up and (basically) running, the first one to help build and stuff gets Head_Admin, and the 2nd one to help will get Head_Mod, others will get Mod and Admin.
