NEED HELP WITH PERMS ON SERVER
So i downloaded PermissionsEx and the default settings work on the server, but i cant get into any .jar files or the folder to change what i need. I have been trying to hard to get it to work, so now im doing this. Does any one have a pre set permissions folder i can get, with ranks and everything. I also can not get World Edit to work at all on the server. I need that for my staff so they can work on the main city. It would be Great if someone could help me.

wow i legitly need help, and no one is helping..
i got permissions to work now, but now my team cant get the chat to work like we want the ranks to show like this in the chat <Admin> Madster456: hey guys but we cant do that, anyone know how or a chat plugin?
