Need help with plugins.....

Well heres the thing i need 2 plugins for my server well 2 other plugins for my server and they are bPermissions and Ranking but setting them up is the hard part and im just not that kind of person and have tried to do it many times to no avail so I was wondering if there was any way someone could PM me the two plugins with the instructions in the config file on what to do or maybe even the plugins pre setup it would be amazing and I would definitely subscribe to the said user!

I would set up the thing for you but I would say GroupManager is better. bPermissions is something most nobody uses.
