Need help with MC server [first post]
Sorry if I'm posting this wrong but i need help with my minecraft server. During the school holidays i managed to maintain 5 players all the time which is an OK start however now that school has started I'm stuck. Can somebody come onto my server and tell me what is wrong with it, how can i improve and what is good about it. Try to come on around 6:00pm GMT+0 because that is when school has ended for a few hours. I mainly need help from an experienced server owner but people who play on servers can tell me what's wrong with it and help me from a players perspective. My goal is for the server to be popular and have a medium amount of players on at a time however I'm not in this for the money; I'm in this because i want to create the kind of server I and many other survival players would like to go on. I did add other gamemodes so I can please all though because they all seem to get used equally. If the server grows I will add an RPG world to the server to make it more unique and possibly make it bungee cord like shotbow.

I'll consider you on the server but firstly please provide your username, secondly the post wasn't really about recruitments. I posted for some advice so unless you being an admin/mod will get me more players then i will have to contact you about mod applications later.

About me
I'm 15 years old and live in Florida. I have been playing Minecraft for well over two years and have been Staff on multiple servers for around
half that time.
Why I want to be a Moderator
I'd like to be a Moderator to help keep the server secure as the community grows. Having multiple Admins/Moderators is a great thing for a
growing community and I hope to support the new server during this time. Due to the openness of the server, it is prone to things like grief, as
we have already seen, so I plan to keep events such as this from happening. I have very good knowledge of Minecraft plugins, commands and such,
and I feel that these skills would be of good use to the community.
Why would I make a good Admin?
As I stated above, I have previous experiences being a Minecraft server admin. I know many plugins and commands that would greatly support the
server and community, helping to be a better place for he players. As I am only human, I am prone to being somewhat immature at times, but
whenever I am required to do any kind of Mod work, be it large or small, I always put the players and server before myself. I am available
through out the day and am ready to come to assist those who require it at all times. I am also active not only on the forums, but on Minecraft
as well.
My past Moderator experiences
My past staff experience if over a year of Admin/Moderator on Superfuntime-Factions, InspirationPVP, JuicyFactions, MrGreenGaming servers. The
community contains 2 servers that have a very high user base. During my time with them, I learned the majority of my staff skills and making good
connections with some very well known admins.
