I need help with my server PLEASE

i only i can connect to my server but only when i use the local host and before i switched it to a bukkit server other people were able to connect. I have all ready port forwaded it and opened it up to my firewall and i am almost positive i have the right ip because i looked it up on ipchicken and copied and pasted help

Please help
