Need help with setting up a server?

Hello Im xler555. Some of you might now me as XlerPlaysMinecraft but Im just putting up a post because I want to help people with setting up any server no matter what it is Im good with ALOT of plugins and if I don't know it then I can easily learn it. I know how to even setup complicated things like group manager and permissions ex (to some that is complicated). Im learning how to setup bungee cord. Im 18 and I have a Skype= xler555 is my skype. I have a youtube channel www.youtube.com/xlerplaysmc2 so I can advertise your server on my channel. PM me on Skype or through Planet minecraft either works but I prefer Skype.

Yah, I have been wanting a server but idk how to set one up. Could u help me? I want an op server, factions. Like toxicMC. If you can set one up, I'd be delighted and I also want admin. If you can't, it's fine I understand.
