Hello, let me introduce myself. I'm Christopher, I'm 14 years old and is currently about to go to high school. My voice and my height think otherwise xD. The reason I want to work for someone is because i feel like i want to do work on Minecraft because i just feel like its right to help people and help them on their dream onto making a server that matters. I wouldn't consider myself as a Developer but i can configure plugins and install the ones I really think are necessary, but obviously I would ask permission first. I know this seems like a lot of bull crap that "oh this guy wants to help and get access to our files to destroy data and also grief our server". I'm not like that, if you think so you don't have to trust me, i understand. Honestly i'm here to help and make small servers really big and popular.What i'm looking for is small servers that need help and want to make it big. To be honest i don't wanna work for big servers because I want small servers to get a chance into getting out there and get big!
I'm willing to accept are the following ranks

The ranks above are the ones I feel that are suitable to me and it would allow me to help more.
My experiences:
I own a Prison server so I should know most of the new plugins that are installed. I run servers on my PC off of localhost before I make them public. Just to make sure there good and perfect. Honestly when something is wrong and does not go well it really bugs me. So I will do everything in my power to make it right.
- GroupManager
This is a really good plugin in my case. My knowledge with this plugin is great and I would be glad to help with permissions and groups. With PEX (PermissionEX), I have no clue or knowledge about this plugin, but I could get to know it.
- Essentials
I have really epic knowledge about this plugin. It should be on every server, in my opinion. I could help with warps and kits as configuring and setting them up.
Disclaimers:
- Most people don't believe me when I say i'm 14 because of my voice, height, and facial details.
- I will not go on a modded server other than Pixelmon.
- I will only go on 1.7.x and 1.8.x servers.
- Due to family issues I may be inactive at random times but not all the time, and it wont be longer than a week.
- The left piece of my TurtleBeach headset is broken, until i get it fixed i wont be able to do voice calls on skype.
- I do not have any experience with PermissionsEX. (I could get to learn it if needed)
