I NEED A HOST TO HOST A SERVER FOR ME

The host will get co-owner, the ability to hire staff, and utmost respect.
The reason i cannot host a server is that I am not allowed to port forward my server.
Please reply, I also need a moderator that manages plugins! to apply for a regular moderator, fill out the app below. Also any ideas about the name of the server would be wonderful and the person who comes up with the best name will get moderator status!
