hello My IGN isJxSx and i own a server, we are going public soon, we have amost a complete staff for it, we have the plugin manager mods and admins, builders we have plenty of almost everything but we dont have a mod manger, the mod manager is someone capable of installing mods in server jars, and if possible making them compatible with bukkit in order for us to use the mods on the server, the mod manager gets console acces because he or she is going to be the one changing the jars on it, it will also have a high rank in the server so if youre interested fill the following

I've TRIED to install mods but when i got to the winrar, couldnt install
then i am sory its a mod manager, if you dont knwo how to install mods what can you do? as a mod manager? i really cant think of anything.
