What Position Are You Applying For: Moderator/Head-Moderator
Why Should We Choose You: There is one key word require for this position, which I believe is crucial; dedication. People call me a "gamer" and I am very dedicated to whatever server I am playing on, no matter what game mode it is. I spend days with up to 8 hours just playing on one single server. My record of playing on servers is about one year per server as I am highly determined to get a rank if I stay loyal, but unfortunately that has been in little of the cases as the servers already are full ons staff or went dead by the time I applied. Therefore I believe applying early is the key to ensure that you end up in a good position or at least remembered from the start. Why do I want Mod, and not any higher position such as Admin? you may ask. This is because I highly enjoy Minecraft and interacting with the players rather than being an observer of the server. I am more of a "people's man" who can take a good laugh and enjoy actually blending in with players , but this does not mean I lack in justice, as I will be still as harsh as any on law and enforcement of threats like hackers, griefers and worst of all Ddosers (which I have experienced multiple times on different occasions). I am a man of team, I like to work with other staff members efficiently and coordinate them, but also listen to other staff's orders. Therefore I believe Head-Moderator is a perfect position for me, and hope you may consider this option.
Experience: As I mentioned earlier on my application above, I stay loyal to servers remaining for up to years on them. I started playing Minecraft at a very early stage back in 2011 and well, I have seen servers rise and fall like empires. I have been moderators on multiple servers but unforutnately I have to say for not so long as they seem to die out by the time I get the position due to a lack of players etc. I have made Admin once on what was known as Nukecraft back some years ago, also the well known server Blizzardcraft I used to be mod until it passed away. So I can confidently say that I have exprience of how to handle basic threats such as harrassments both in game and outside the game. Although this is irrelevant for the position I am applying, I have also had my own server for some time called Kingdomcraft with a limited staff. I added the plugins myself and handled the donations and earnt a small amount of cash which I spend on other servers I am playing on. Unfortunately I was hacked and the server went corrupt about a year ago. But I still remain highly enthusiastic about new servers, new opportunites and hope you may consider my application.
What Could You Do To Make The Server Better: I'm a man of innovation and imagination. I looked at your details for the server as it stands, and can say there are many improvments that could be added to improve gameplay both for us and the players. For example introducing the gamemode "Factions" would be a highly popular move as I know many including myself enjoy playing it. I also am an enthusiast about server forums and could happily make one for this server.
What Would You Do In These Situations:
A: Someone Was Hacking: Ban them for a week and allow them to apply a ban appeal on our forums (by the time we get one)
B: Someone Was Griefing: Warn them once, if they ignore the warning ban them for a week and allow them to apply for an appeal (if we have forums)

Reason: I always wanted to be a Moderator or admin for a other server and gain more experience so i could maybe get a position on Mineplex. I really enjoyed your sever even though I only played for 10 minuets, but i can offer more time and effort helping your server. I take this series and not a joke it is a server that can grow and be known well by all people if we take it with our team and improve and go farther.

What do i Kick for? Command?: /kick <playername> <reason> This particular forcibly removes a player from the server, Normally as a punishment. You can add a reason to this command, which shows up on their disconnect message. For example:
/kick RuleBreaker Griefing This would kick the player RuleBreaker, and on his/her disconnect message screen, it would show ''Griefing''.
What do i TempBan for? Command?: /tempban <playername> <datediff> This command kicks a player from the server, and also bans them, preventing them from rejoining for an amount of time mentioned. Unfortunately, you cannot add a reason to the end of this command. The format for the temporary ban times are as follows: /tempban RuleBreaker 1m This would ban them for a total of 1 minute.
/tempban RuleBreaker 1h This would ban them for a total of 1 hour.
/tempban RuleBreaker 1d This would ban them for a total of 1 day.
