In need of Co-Owner

Good day to all, My name is Mike, I want to plan a minecraft server with someone. And I am looking for a Co-Owner. The co-owner MUST fit the criteria(or very close)

Must be:
at least 14
speak ENGLISH
have experience(Ownership, Co-Ownership, or Head Admin)
have dedicated time(LOTS OF TIME)
have Skype
have minecraft
have PayPal (payment method for server)
able to pay for at least half of the server bill(until we boost off and the players start to pay)(Avg. $6-$8)
