I am currently in need of a person willing to take on the role of co-owner on my server (to be specified later). I have everything in place and am ready to open, but need a trustworthy individual willing to invest his or her time and money into the server. The server is a hardcore factions server, aimed at creating a hardcore pvp environment and allowing anyone to experience a lag-free and high-quality pvp server. Past leadership experience: Co-owner on PGS-Craft currently shut down due to lack of funds.
Strong skills: I am good at writing permissions for ranks and making sure players enjoy their time on the server. I am good at enforcing the rules to make sure that no one will break them and if they do it is an immediate ban.
Weaknesses: I am not really a great builder but i still do some cool creations.

I also Co-Own a server that isn't ready to release yet, but soon. I have also been admin on about 11-12 servers, not really sure, than I have been moderator on about 8-9.

Strong skills: Plugins, Moderating, Assessing Staff and capabilities, Getting rid of unwanted staff/players.

Budget: Well, considering my server has made me about 300$ this month, I would be willing to spend about 20$ if the server gets good, more if need be, I can also get other people to donate.
