So let me get this straight, you want someone to pay for the server that you own while you get all the donations. Then you will pay back the person who has payed for it the whole time a mere 30 % of the donation profits?
Sounds like a pretty bad deal to me. If someone was going to pay for a server wouldn't they make themselves owner?
Maybe try and get a position as mod or admin on another server until you can afford your own.

This. Not every server is going to get enough donation profits that they get back the cost of paying for it, let alone 30% covering it.
