Need a co-owner server hoster!

I want to start a public server, but my computer can't handle it. If someone is willing to host a non-hamachi, Bukkit, public server and be co-owner with me, it would be greatly appreciated. I am familiar with being admin on servers and will be on a lot. You don't need much experience, but need to know how to host a server and have a good computer. Thank you.
