Need Perm Dev Now!

Hey guys, so I had a builder on the server but he had no perms so I tried /mangaddp builder /gmc still no perm, so then I went into my MCPH file config then globalgroups.yml and tried to adds perms:
g:groupmanager_builder
- groupmanager.gm1
- groupmanager. kick
- groupmanager.fly
so builder could do /fly and /kick but not /gmc and then I added some commands to other groups and member has every command owner has now, even op and I tried
- - g:groupmanager.op (which should take away the command according to a tutorial) but member still has op and kill and every command and the ones I gave it, it doesn't have gmc though but I need a perm dev immediately to fix this, or at least some kind of tutorial to show me how to fix this
