In need of plugin coder! Am willing to pay!

Hey everyone! I have decided to open up a really new unique minecraft server that I know is going to be a big success. I need a plugin developer to code at least one plugin for the server fulfilling what I need to be done. I have some cool idea's that could really draw people to the server. I am also willing to pay a fair amount if you are willing to make me the plugin I need. If interested, please post below and let me know about yourself and your past plugin experience.
