Need a plugin dev

Hello, my server needs a plugin similar to heroes or something with classes that have skills. If you have ever been to savage realms raid that is exactly what i want. Its a permission thing i believe because people would buy the classes or they would get them if they donated. It had armor restrictions if you wanted certain abilities to work. If you can do something like this, please reply or pm me or you could add me on skype. my username is dagrove1 we could talk more in detail later. I have tried using a plugin called magicspells and it doesnt have armor restrictions. This is not meant for an rpg type game either. this is a raid/pvp server i am working on. You will also be rewarded if the server gets popular. I will even agree to pay you some money when i have the money because i just started a new job. Hope to hear back from someone. Thank you.
