In need of Plugin Dev and Donators

Hello!
My server Kingdoms of Terra a new RPG PVP server that focuses on raiding and griefing is in need of your help! We are in need of a server host so we can work longer and more effieciently on our map. As of right now our server is overheating constantly causing our work to seize for short period of tiems while the server calms down.
We are also in need of a plugin Developer, The plugin dev must be able to work Group Manager with ease and little to no problems. The application will be shown below.
For anyone interested in donating to this project. We will give early access to those who donate more then 3$. Those who donate also get extra plugins they can use(will be released later). Pictures will be posted of the server on out website:

When will you be determining who gets to run your plugins.

Plugin expierience:I have worked and helped create one or two plugins. I have had experience with many plugins..
Group manager expirience:I have had alot of expiercne with Group manager. and know all the commands and configure all of it.
Why whould i allow you to do my plugins?:Because I have had alot of Plugin experience. Ive worked with alot of Plugins. Ive worked with World Edit,Essentials, The Kit command plugin,Class plugin, Rpg, Quest Plugin.
How can i trust you?:I am a moderator on many servers like 5XP gaming,Land of the ancients. I dont expect you to trust me right away but I can prope to you i am trustworthy.
How fast can you work with Group Manager?: I can configure the permission and ranks within 30 minutes tops.

How can i trust you?: Theres not a way that you can trust me straight-away but give me time and I can show you you can trust me
How fast can you work with Group Manager?: It would take me 15 minutes to an hour to configure and write permissions depending on the amount of ranks you would like.
