Need Plugin dev, coder, or builder

I am looking for someone to join my kit pvp server that is able to code or is a plugin developer to help configure the plugins that I own already. I would like these kits to be able to support permanent potion effects and affetcs that, when you hit another player, they might take a certain pot damage (i.E Poison effect on a viper kit).

I am also looking for a talented builder who can make great statues, buildings, arenas, and someone who is fairly well at using redstone as I am not the best at it.

Finally, I am looking for a staff member who will be on for the majority of the day in my absence.
