Need Plugin DEV for Hub Server

Hey guys,

I am making a new Hub server called Emeraldgaming. Its a server with creative/factions/minigames. I am a currently looking for a Developer who will make custom plugins for my server. The only plugins I will ever request are custom minigames or super basic plugins e. g. you right click sign and it says message.

Do you think you can make a plugin called TNTBomber? TnTBomber is a plugin where a player right-clicks a join sign then gets teleported to a lobby. They then get teleported into the arena. The players each place TnT which then forms a tnt cube around it. Everyone gets 5 lives. Last man standing wins.
