Need Plugin Developer

Im looking for someone that can basically manager a server and can install, update, and fix plugins. Im an avid YouTuber so i won't be able to manage the server myself, plus im not that great with plugins. What this person would do is: Once hired, work on installing plugins, updating plugins, and fixing plugins if problems arise.
