Need a plugin developer

i am considering the creation of a server called FableMC, based off fairy tale sotries. You can choose and become people like the big bad wolf,red riding hood, gingerbread man, the sly fox etc.

ex: big bad wolf gets wolf disguise and sharpness 2 claw (ghast tear)
anyone want to help??
