Need Plugin Developer, and Some High Up Staff.
Hey, i have just started a brand new server up, and i need some assistance with the plugin configuration, i am willing to pay, the server is run by HostHorde INC. It holds up to 50 people... i am looking for some staff, please skype me at Brandonskelly3

Why you should pick me: You should pick me because I have a tons of experience with plugins. I have a very dear interest in plugins and the creation of plugins. I am only a beginner at this, but I am learning quickly. I am also experienced with building. I have built many spawns in my time as staff. I have also owned my own server before and it had around 30 people on it. You should also pick me because I am very hard working, honest, and I never give up!
My experience as staff: I have a lot of experience with being staff on large servers. I have been a staff member on a server that was decently popular with close to 100 people on at one time per day.
Have I been banned? Well I was once, because the staff were not as good as I believed to be and banned me for something I didn't do. I was later unbanned because I told them the truth.

What experience do you have being staff?: Besides being staff, I have recently owned two servers called GenesisRealms (genesisrealms.enjin.com) and MizuCraft (mizucraft.enjin.com), which were shut down due to financial problems. Having said that, I have a vast knowledge of how to take care of a server, and I also know a wide variety of plugins and how to use and configure them. I have also been accepted as an admin and a moderator on several other servers.
Why should I pick you?: I will try my best to bring benefits to the server, and make sure it runs smoothly, and I will fix any problems if needed. I will also respect and obey any co-staff, and the owner, undoubtedly.
What do you have to bring to the server?: My abilities and knowledge of running a server, and knowing what it needs and what it doesn't need. Basically, I will use my experience to make the server run well and I will make sure players enjoy their time.
How well do you work with others?: That depends on what it is. I will cooperate with others as long as it is practical, reasonable, and benefits the server.
How many servers have you been banned from? What for? I believe 2. One for impersonating a person of higher respect (honestly I was bored), and another I was wrongly accused of disadvantaging a server.
