Need Plugin Help!!!

Hey everyone I just got a server and I need help getting some plugins, Im using filezilla and I could get world edit and essentials just fine but the other plugins I need wont work, like iConomy,World Guard, and maybe factions, I need someone who can help me get the plugins on and set them up maybe, if you can help you might receive some payment once everything is up and running
