☢~NEED PLUGIN MAKERS~☢[New Server] Im Willing To Pay $$$

I need plugins makers for my new server. I have a youtube channel I can advertise it on, and I also have a website. But what I don't have is a way to make unique plugins, I myself don't know how to code at all. So my Idea is to contract a plugin dev and have him make me custom plugins. So when they agree to work for me they can get there own rank on the server, unlimited server currency, and will get paid a percentage of the servers earnings. So for example if the server makes 200 US dollars in a month, the plugin maker would earn 20 percent of all the earnings he would be getting 40 US dollars. So its a win win, you make the projects i want, and you will be earning real money. But for the time the server remains private they will not be getting any money. So I need a plugin maker that can deliver, patient, kind, and can cope with the server.
