We are Rook Gaming. A competitive, small community of gamers. We want to build and develop a survival map with guns, but we need help with plugins and permissions! We plan on making it NOT pay to win, but you can still pay for various items easier to get.

I don't know all the names, but here is a list of plugins and management we need:
1. Factions plugin (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/factions.1900/)
2. Positive votes for server + reward plugin (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/ulti ... -uuid.516/)
3. Casino (for economy) and lottery plugins. (http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/casino-slots/)
4. balance and create all the guns.
5. One server has "The top 3 voters each receive $30 credit on Buycraft at the end of the month!"
Let's add $5+ vouchers and in game money for our top voter of the month.
6. Automated broadcast plugin. (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/simp ... cast.6510/)
7. Personal player vaults. (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/playervaults.9228/)
8. Kill count (I think Factions can do this) and scoreboard plugins. (http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/he ... derboards/)
9. WE NEED TO CHANGE IP TO A NAME FOR EASY SERVER ACCESS!
10. Website or BuyCraft? Should we have a forum too?
11. Minecraft hat $0.99 (Essentials)
12. Disposal and Repair signs. $2.99 to be able to create them yourself. (Essentials)
13. Add skulls on drop upon death. (http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/trophyheads/)
14. $1.99 for /near and /craft. (Essentials)
15. Random Teleport for Clearview. And custom teleports for each airplane.
16. Either make a weapon (with 2 shots or 2 hit durability) to destroy chests, or give the ability to open chests to anyone who can get into a factions base.
17. Kit Preview plugin shows you exactly what you're getting with your kits!
18. Auction house (Allows one player to put an item up for auction and all players can access it and buy it!)
19. SETUP PERMISSIONS
20. Crates and crate keys. Choose between Common, Uncommon, Rare, or Legendary crates. Must purchase keys through buycraft.
