Need 1 Plugin Manager, Many Builders and Staff.
(Go add me on Skype: thesmashten.) Hello everyone! I am in need of one very experienced plugin-manager, At least 10 different builders, and Staff!
NEED PLUGIN MANAGER.
This plugin-manager should be able to set up plugins easily, as well as recommend plugins to me. For example, we need to get a plugin that announces how many people joined the Server every time someone new joins. Being a Plugin manager is very important and a big responsibility. In my Server it is treated equal to Co-Owner. The application for Plugin Manager is below:

I also need some very good Builders for the making of a new Spawn. This is a big project, and I need Builders ASAP. The Spawn has to be medieval, and very big. It also has to be Faction/PvP related. I need extremely professional builders, and after the Spawn is finished, all of the builders will receive Co-Owner or Head-Admin. They will also get credit in the Server websites. I will say it again, I need top notch builders. If you apply, you will be in gamemode 1, as well as receive World Edit. Builders are probably most important currently. Builder Application below:

I am in need of some mature staff. We are a Faction-PvP Server so Staff should know how to handle hacking, arguments and all the typical mayhem brought into Faction-PvP Servers. Staff are also required to have staff, so that they can stay in contact with the Owner. My Skype: thesmashten. Staff must be the most mature players in the server, and they shouldn't swear, or talk in bad grammar. Staff should also NEVER abuse their powers. Previous staff on my server have killed members while in creative, or Fought with some members for some time, then Flew away. We do NOT want staff that do that. We also do NOT want 'trolling staff.' Trolling Staff are Staff that bother Members such as disguise as Herobrine and start hitting and harassing members. The only reason where we would ever need that is if we were making a video, and the Member would be informed that it was a joke for the video.
We are in need of 5-7 Moderators.

In my words a moderator job is to keep the server under control and enforce the rules. (while keeping the server a fun place of course)
I think i should be a moderator because it would be a great experience and i think
that i am a great leader.
No I have never been a mod/staff before but i think that if i want to get good at something then i have got to start somewhere...
The way i am planning on enforcing the server rules is if someone breaks them then i will first give them a warning, then a second warning, then a third warning and if they continue to break the rules then i will kick them and if they continue to break the rules then (after consulting with the server owner) i will ban them.

I would tell them that i would ban them if they didn't own up and if they didn't then i would ban them.
I am 11 years old but i think that no one is too young to what they dream

I've been a PluginManager previously on around 4 servers. I've helped out 17-Year-Olds when they were finding plugins tough.
How often can you come online to help out?
I can come online roughly around 2-6 hours per day (However, my schedule changes so some days I might not be on, but I'll be sure to notify you with a reason)
