Need PROFESSIONAL Builder

I want to make a successful server and to do this i need a really good spawn. SO i want a really good builder. I want something big and something people will find attractive when they join the server. In return if you plan on staying on the server i can give you a donor rank, or maybe staff, but if you don't plan on staying i can give you some money via paypal.
