I need a server

i need a server. there are no good servers that let me be admin, there are no free hosts that host 24/7 or free without some catch, and i can't home host bc of my firewall. so I'm wondering if someone could give me co owner or set me up with a server. i can do great things with a server, but i can't buy hoting bc my paypal was hacked. so if someone wants to make a server with and for me i will be very thankful! (ps: i don't have Skype sorry email me @benminecraft2001@hotmail.com for contact outside of mc.
