[URGENT] Need Server Admin/Manager

Hi this is my app, I have a lot of experience but I am only 14, I hope this doesen't affect anything.

- Is mature and is a responsible person: Yes I am very mature and follow rules. I make sure no one breaks any rules either.
- Is over 16 years of age: I'm actually only 14, but as I said I will work very hard and hope this doesen't matter.
- Has alot of experience with bukkit plugins: Yes I actually have run three of my own servers. One was medieval the other two were factions based. I have a lot of experience with plugins, and Pex. I know pretty much every server command I'm a genius with these things, and I have very advanced knowledge!.
- Is able to work as a team with other staff: Yes, I love working with people and getting to know there strenghts and weaknesses, so I can help out as much as I can. I'm a great teamplayer, and a natural leader. It's great to work with people because you can get to know them, I will love to work with you and other staff.
- Can communicate with others: Yes I am great with helping others, and showing them how to do things properly. I am great with people and enjoy talking to people.
- Ability to use skype and teamspeak!: Yes my skype is dpad29
- What can you do for the server?: Well for the server I can advertise on many sites, make a professional website. I can also make us a server banner, and bring a lot of fun into the community. I think this will be great opportunity and I look forward to it! I am a hard worker, very dedicated and I love a challenge!
- What experience have you got?: As I said I have owned three of my own servers, one medieval the other two factions based. I have also had many ranks, and these are the ranks I have been! I have been, Owner, Co owner, Global admin, Head admin, admin, Head mod, mod, VIP, OP and trusted.
- Can you donate to the server to keep it running?: I might be able to, but can't promise you anything. But if the server is in trouble, I'll donate.
- Got experience in building stronger communities?: Ya I can definitley do a lot, I am great with building strong communities, that stay together, I can make youtube videos for the server too!
- How many hours can you give to the server?: Weekdays, 4 hours, because I play a lot of sports, weekends I can play 5-10 hours. I can be very busy, but will stay on A LOT!!

sinizter i like your enthusiasm, if i really see that you have a good app i will ignore the age requirement, but other than that i will need to see a few more people and i can come to a decision, as this is a growing server and not a small tiny one which will only stay open for a month

I'm mature and responsible when it comes to players having a fair and fun environment in a Minecraft Server. But when nothing inappropriate etc. is going on I can be a very laid back and fun person! Unfortunately I am not above 16 years old. I am only 14. But as you can see, I can use proper grammar and spelling, unlike most punky 16 year olds. I have alot of experience with Bukkit Plugins such as WorldEdit, WorldGuard, PermissionsEx (my favorite perms plugin), and almost anything else. I have been OP on 2 different servers which are shut down, Admin on a server called Dread-Legion, an Architect on a Survival Games server, and a Moderator on a server called DeadGameZ. If the server really needs it, I will donate. I'm a very team oriated guy. I play alot of games that need teamwork like Starcraft 2, World of Warcraft, and Battlefield 3. I can communicate with others with my mic on Skype, Teamspeak, or Mumble. I can help keep things under control, and be fair to all of the players. I will always ask for permission to mute, ban, or tempban. Another unfortunate thing, I'm not familiar with building communities on websites etc. but I am capable of making videos etc. for the server. I can give anywhere from 4-16 hours of my time to the server. I am in Ohio so I go by EST. But it really depends on my schoolwork at the time. Priority one is schoolwork and priority two will be taking care of the server, if I am chosen of course.
