Need Server Developer! Unique idea!

Im currently working on a brand new Factions MC Server, but i wish to make it as unique as possible. I have a idea that i would love, and i cannot find any plugin that would allow me to do what i wish to do, Which is good and bad, as no other server has it, but its hard for me to get it going. I cannot pay much at the time, But if it works then the developer will get %20 Of all donations, or possibly more if they are required. Its basically a faction server, floating islands, where players can go into the islands and find ores, wood, dungeons, etc. and also create bases inside the island and so much more. Another feature that it would add is the fact players can just branch off extremely far and risk for players to find the base. If any devs are working on something like this or would like to create it, PM me i would love it if someone can create it and send it to me, for 20% or more of the donations!
