I need server help!

I have set up my server the normal way it works fine except for one thing. I CAN'T GET THE IP ADDRESS! It says that the server is hosted on :25565 but that is only for me. Do I have to change it or find out what it is, etc. Please help!

Go here: http://www.whatsmyip.org/ and use the IP it says.
